i. Biography
Philippe Léveillé is a French-born, Italian-naturalized chef and co-proprietor of the two-Michelin-starred Miramonti l'Altro in Concesio, Italy. Trained at the École Hôtelière de Saumur and in landmark French kitchens including Lucas Carton and Georges Blanc, he moved to Italy in 1987 and took the helm of Miramonti with the Piscini family in 1992. for marrying Breton butter and French technique with Brescian tradition, he also co-founded the Michelin-starred L'Altro in Hong Kong in 2012.
