Philippe Melka

Philippe Melka is a Bordeaux-born winemaker and consultant who has worked in Napa Valley since the 1990s. He is associated with Melka Estates, founded in 1996 with his wife Cherie, and has served as consulting or principal winemaker for Napa projects including Raymond Vineyards, Gandona Estate, Moone-Tsai Wines, and Brand Napa Valley. His early career included training and work in Bordeaux, Italy, Australia, and California before establishing his long Napa Valley consulting career.
