i. Biography
Pierre Seillan is the founder-winemaker of Vérité in Sonoma County, where he has crafted the wines since 1998, and he also serves as vigneron for several family and partner projects including Arcanum in Tuscany and Château Lassègue in Saint-Émilion. Sources describe him as a sixth-generation French vigneron from Gascony who created Vérité with Jess Jackson using a micro-cru philosophy across Sonoma appellations.
