Prune Amiot-Servelle

Prune Amiot-Servelle is a trained oenologist who earned her diploma in 2004 and joined the family domaine in Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy, in 2011 after gaining experience in Côte-Rôtie and at Maison Jaffelin in Beaune. She co-manages Domaine Amiot-Servelle with her brother Antoine since 2020, following the handover from their parents Christian Amiot and Elisabeth Servelle, focusing on organic viticulture and precise winemaking.
