Ralph Scamardella is the Chief Culinary Officer of Tao Group Hospitality, where he oversees chefs and concepts across New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Singapore, and Mexico City. He is an Italian immigrants’ son who grew up in Brooklyn and built a career that included work at The Plaza Hotel’s French restaurant, Polo under Daniel Boulud, Vanessa’s, Carmine’s, and later Tao Group leadership.
