Rebecca Gianna Wilcomb

Rebecca Wilcomb is the executive chef and partner at Gianna, the Italian restaurant in New Orleans’s Warehouse District, where she leads a menu rooted in her family’s Veneto-region heritage and Louisiana technique. She previously served as chef de cuisine at Herbsaint in New Orleans and won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: South in 2017. Gianna opened in 2019 as part of the Link Restaurant Group, and Wilcomb has said the concept draws on her lifelong research into Italian cooking and family traditions.
