The craft rests on terroir, low yields and a long growing season, which together shape wines with individuality and character. In that framework, the vineyard carries equal weight with the cellar, and concentration comes from the fruit rather than from correction. Longevity follows the same logic: it is tied to origin, not trend, with climate and soil already setting the terms. The style keeps clarity and structure in balance, with definition carrying depth rather than competing with it.

Reinhold's signature wines include Perwolff, Eisenberg DAC Reserve, Eisenberg DAC Blaufränkisch, and Eisenberg DAC Reserve Blaufränkisch. Each one marks a different register of the estate, but the common thread is the same discipline: precision, individuality and place shown without excess.

Recognition

Perwolff Blaufränkisch is the estate’s flagship: matured in oak barrels, very elaborately crafted and known as an extremely storable top wine of world renown. It concentrates the house approach to Blaufränkisch into one bottling, where depth, ageability and precision are treated as equal aims. Eisenberg DAC Reserve Blaufränkisch comes from the best vineyards in Deutsch Schützen and on the nearby Eisenberg. Made from vines at least 25 years old, it receives extra-long barrel ageing, a slow phase that builds structure and composure before release. Eisenberg DAC Blaufränkisch is the top-selling Krutzler wine, described as dark in colour, profound, punchy and aromatic, with cherries, sour cherries and berries.
