Ricki Weston is the Executive Chef at Whatley Manor Hotel & Spa near Malmesbury, Wiltshire, where he oversees the hotel’s full food offering, including The Dining Room and Grey’s. Whatley Manor’s official site says he joined the hotel as Sous Chef in August 2018, was promoted to Head Chef in October 2020, and became Executive Chef in January 2022. The Dining Room is described on the hotel’s official site as being headed by Ricki Weston and operating as the property’s Michelin-starred restaurant.
