i. Biography
R.M. Corky Taylor is the fourth-generation chairman and chief executive officer of Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company in Louisville, a role he has held since 2011. He is the businessman who retired from financial services and led the revival of the family whiskey company, originally founded in 1889 in Henderson, Kentucky, before being rebuilt on historic Whiskey Row in Louisville. He was inducted into the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame in 2024.
