Rob Rossi is a Toronto-based chef associated with Giulietta, Osteria Giulia, and Bisteccheria Sammarco. Toronto publications identify him as the chef behind Giulietta and Osteria Giulia, and Sammarco is presented as the third collaboration in the same restaurant group; Osteria Giulia is described as Michelin-starred, and Rossi has been tied to the Michelin recognition for the concept since Toronto’s inaugural guide in 2022.
