Robert Chambers is a British-Italian chef and the Executive Chef of Luca, a Michelin-starred modern Italian restaurant in Clerkenwell, London. He honed his craft in premier kitchens including Locanda Locatelli, The Square, and The Ledbury before partnering with The Clove Club team to open Luca in 2016. Under his kitchen leadership, Luca earned a Michelin star in the 2023 Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland for its Britalian menu celebrating British seasonal ingredients through Italian culinary technique.
