Roman's signature wines include Christian’s Cuvée Merlot, Noblesse Oblige Extra Brut Sparkling Rosé, Perle Chardonnay, Finca Wölffer Rosé, and White Mischief Chardonnay. The range moves across structured, sparkling, and lifted expressions, but the through-line stays the same: each bottle is composed with clear intent. These wines point back to Roth’s method — wines that stay clean in form, purposeful in character, and built to work at the table.
