Ruben García Castilla

Rubén García Castilla is a Spanish chef from Terrassa, Catalonia, who built his career in Spain before moving to Washington, D.C. in 2003 to join José Andrés Group, where he later served as creative director of minibar and director of culinary R&D at ThinkFoodGroup. In 2021, he co-founded Unfold Hospitality with Richie Brandenburg, and in 2023 he opened Casa Teresa in Washington, D.C. a Spanish restaurant named for his great-grandmother.
