i. Biography
Ryosaku Ohashi is a Japanese master brewer (toji) at Asahi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture, associated with the larger Shorai brewery facility. Public reporting says he joined Asahi Shuzo in 1989, worked in the brewing department, and became toji in 2016.
