Ryousuke Ito is a Japanese chef associated with Ensui in Tokyo and Tenko Honten in Hiroshima. Publicly available restaurant listings identify him as the chef behind Ensui, a Nakameguro kaiseki restaurant that opened in 2020, and as the chef/owner of Tenko Honten in Hiroshima. Secondary profiles also state that he was born in Hokkaido in 1982 and that he began his career at Nihonryori RyuGin before opening Ensui with his wife.
