Sally Abé is the chef behind Teal by Sally Abé, her solo British bistro at 52 Wilton Way in Hackney, London. Teal opened in March 2026. Abé previously worked at The Savoy, Claridge's, The Ledbury, Elystan Street and The Harwood Arms, then served as a consultant chef at Conrad London St James before a 2025 head-of-food role at The Bull Charlbury.
