i. Biography
Sam Decker is the General Manager and Wine Director at Atria in Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard. A Vineyard native, he studied creative writing at Oberlin College and later studied viticulture and enology at the University of California, Davis; before joining Atria in 2014, he worked as a restaurateur in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. He began his tenure as wine director in 2014 and, was serving his third season as general manager and sixth as wine director.
