i. Biography
he won the MICHELIN Guide Québec Young Chef Award, and Auberge Saint-Mathieu earned its first Michelin star while keeping its Green Star. He had previously been recognized as Chef of the Year at the Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise and had co-owned the restaurant for more than three years by mid-2026.
