Santiago Deicas describes that approach as a wine revolution aimed at featuring a place without "makeup," with the Atlantic influence used as part of the vineyard's working conditions, keeping temperatures low during harvest.

Signature

Santiago's signature wines include Preludio, Albariño, Tannat, Atlantico Sur Rosé, and Atlantico Sur Albariño. The range shows the house working across grape and style while keeping the Atlantic frame present in the wines themselves.
