Santiago Mayorga is an Argentine winemaker from Mendoza who joined Nieto Senetiner in 2013 after a decade at Mendel Wines, where he began working in 2003 at Roberto de la Mota’s invitation. He has led or helped lead Nieto Senetiner’s high-end wines and Cadus Wines, and later source material also links him to work at Catena Zapata and Zuccardi Valle de Uco, though those affiliations are not confirmed by official winery pages in the available sources.
