i. Biography
Sarah Thomas is an Advanced Sommelier, author, and founding partner of Kalamata’s Kitchen. She served as the company’s chief brand officer from 2018 to 2026. After studying Renaissance literature at Cambridge, she developed the Wine Room at Bar Marco and worked as a sommelier at Le Bernardin. Her children’s books explore food, culture, and hospitality.
