Cocktail service under Sasha Petraske was built on discipline, restraint, and a working command of the classic repertoire, including fizzes and flips. Career Arc
Hospitality training begins with Stuyvesant High School, listed as Sasha Petraske's education, before the work moved into bar ownership and room-building. In 1999, the founding of Milk & Honey in New York, NY placed a small-format cocktail bar into the center of the modern cocktail revival.
