Satoru Asahina is the chef behind ASAHINA Gastronome in Nihonbashi-Kabutocho, Tokyo, which opened in 2018 after he left the Joël Robuchon Group. Public restaurant listings describe the venue as a two-Michelin-star French restaurant and note that Asahina spent 13 years with the Joël Robuchon Group before launching his own restaurant.
