Scott McLeod

Scott McLeod is a California winemaker from Marin County who graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1985 with a degree in fermentation science. He spent 18 years at Francis Ford Coppola’s Rubicon Estate, where he took over estate winemaking and vineyard management and helped create the Rubicon, Cask, and Diamond Series wines, then left in 2010 to found WineXRay and Safari Vineyard Management and to continue consulting work. He is also listed as the winemaker for Skywalker Vineyards and has worked as a consulting winemaker for Daou Vineyards, Parrish Family, and Monte Xanic.
