Sean Edwards is the founder and co-owner of Fresh Bourbon Distilling Co. a Lexington, Kentucky-based bourbon company launched in 2017 with his wife, Tia Edwards. He is owner and founder, and coverage of the company ties him to the brand’s Lexington tasting room and planned distillery development in the city’s Distillery District. The company has been recognized as one of Kentucky’s first Black-owned bourbon distilleries, with Edwards noted for building an African American-owned bourbon brand in his hometown.
