i. Biography
Sebastián Pinzón is a Colombian chef and co-owner of Celele in Cartagena, where he and Jaime Rodríguez built a restaurant focused on rediscovering and showcasing the products, techniques, and recipes of the Colombian Caribbean through Proyecto Caribe Lab. He represented Latin America in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition’s social responsibility category after advancing from regional rounds, and later continued to be identified publicly as co-chef and co-owner of Celele.
