i. Biography
Sébastien Faramond is the executive chef at La Table de Pavie in Saint-Émilion, at the Hôtel de Pavie. He joined the Hôtel de Pavie in 2012 as a pastry chef de partie, became chef pâtissier in 2015, later became chef second at La Table de Plaisance in 2019, and is now executive chef at La Table de Pavie under Yannick Alléno.
