Sébastien Ververken is the chef and co-owner of Vol-Ver in Marke-Kortrijk, Belgium, where he works alongside Sharon De Volder. He is creating inventive, modern dishes. Vol-Ver is a modern cuisine/French contemporary restaurant at Watervalstraat 23 in Marke.
