Shauna Bastow

Shauna Bastow is a Penfolds winemaker based in Bordeaux, France, and part of Treasury Wine Estates’ global winemaking team. Penfolds says her winemaking journey began in 2013 with a Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Adelaide, and that she completed her first Penfolds vintage in 2018 before officially joining the winemaking family in 2019. Penfolds also states she was born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, and now helps craft the Penfolds French portfolio alongside responsibilities spanning South Australia and Bordeaux.
