Steen Öhman is a Danish-born wine writer and Burgundy-focused critic known as The Winehog, with his work centered on tasting, reviewing, and analyzing Burgundy wines from Nuits-Saint-Georges. He states that he was born in Denmark in 1965 and now works from Burgundy, where he is “the man in the cellars of Burgundy” after moving to Nuits-Saint-Georges.
