Stefan Gysel Saxer holds Aagne Weingut in Hallau to a long view: family stewardship, place-based continuity, and the repetition of work from one vintage to the next. Since 2008, he has combined the Managing Director’s remit with the oenologist’s technical responsibility, keeping the estate’s direction and its wines under the same roof.
