Stefan McEnteer is the Head Chef of The Bishop’s Buttery at Cashel Palace in Cashel, County Tipperary, where the restaurant is described by the hotel as a Michelin-starred fine-dining venue led by Director of Culinary Stephen Hayes and McEnteer. Cashel Palace announced in 2024 that he joined as Sous-Chef in January 2022, was promoted to Head Chef, and had previously honed his skills under Irish chefs Neven Maguire and Derry Clarke. He later appeared in a 2025 collaboration at Pichet in Dublin as the Head Chef of The Bishop’s Buttery, and press coverage identified him as a Michelin-starred chef.
