Steph Dutton

Steph Dutton is a Melbourne-born winemaker and senior winemaker at Penfolds, where she has worked since 2007 and joined the winemaking team in 2010. She previously worked in hospitality and as a sommelier in Melbourne before moving to Adelaide for a master’s degree in oenology at the University of Adelaide, then building a career at Penfolds that now spans South Australia and international projects in California. She is associated with Penfolds’ senior winemaking leadership and has spoken publicly about making elegant, structured, age-worthy wines.
