Steve Smith is the Head Chef at The Latymer at Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, where the restaurant is presented as a Michelin-starred, 5 AA Rosette fine-dining destination. Exclusive Collection describes him as a multi-award-winning chef who heads the Latymer kitchen and has held a Michelin star for the past 20 years. Prior to joining The Latymer, he was Executive Chef at Bohemia at The Club Hotel & Spa in Jersey, and a 2020 industry report notes that he moved from Jersey to The Latymer and that the restaurant retained its Michelin star after his arrival.
