Steven A. Shaw

Steven A. Shaw was an American lawyer and food critic who co-founded eGullet, an early and influential online restaurant community, and wrote widely on dining and restaurants. He contributed to publications including Food & Wine, Saveur, Food Arts, and The New York Times, and his book Turning the Tables: Restaurants from the Inside Out was reviewed by Wine Spectator. He died on April 8, 2014 at age 44.
