Stiofán Feeney is the Head Chef at Daróg Wine Bar in Galway City, where the kitchen is led by his focus on seasonality, provenance, and precise technique. He is a proud Connemara native whose background includes work at The Savoy in London, Aroma in Rome, Aniar in Galway, and Fisherman’s Pub at Ballynahinch Castle, and says he represented Ireland at the Young Chef Young Waiter competition in Monaco in 2023.
