i. Biography
Suwincha “Chacha” Singsuwan is a Bangkok-born bartender and mixologist who has worked in Thailand’s cocktail scene for more than two decades. She was the head bartender of Rabbit Hole in Bangkok and later became associated with Bangkok Supper Club, where she received the Michelin Guide New York 2024 Exceptional Cocktails Award for her beverage program. Sources also describe her as representing Thailand in the 2013 Bacardí Legacy Cocktail Competition and as a long-time figure in Southeast Asia’s modern bar community.
