i. Biography
Syed Asim Hussain is the founder of Black Sheep Restaurants, the Hong Kong hospitality group he launched in 2012 after an apprenticeship with Dining Concepts. He also took care of the group’s creative and business side and returned to Hong Kong after boarding school in Pakistan. He has helped create Michelin-recognized concepts including Belon and New Punjab Club, and one of Hong Kong’s most prominent restaurateurs.
