Syed Asim Hussain is the founder of Black Sheep Restaurants, the Hong Kong hospitality group he launched in 2012 after an apprenticeship with Dining Concepts. He also took care of the group’s creative and business side and returned to Hong Kong after boarding school in Pakistan.
