Takumi Kuwabara is the toji (master brewer) at SakéOne in Forest Grove, Oregon, where he has been listed by the company as its brewmaster since 2018 and is credited with more than 27 years of saké-brewing experience in Japan and the United States. He previously worked at Takara Saké USA as Production Area Manager.
