i. Biography
Tam Chudaree Debhakam is the owner and head chef of Baan Tepa Culinary Space in Bangkok, a two-Michelin-star and Green Star restaurant focused on local ingredients, sustainability, and culinary creativity. She gained international recognition as the first Thai female chef to earn two Michelin stars and received the Michelin Guide Young Chef Award in 2024. Baan Tepa opened in 2020 in her grandmother’s former family home, and she was later named Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2025.
