Telly Justice is the executive chef and co-owner of HAGS, a queer-owned fine-dining restaurant in New York City’s East Village, opened in 2022 with beverage director Camille Lindsley. She has worked in restaurants for more than 15 years and was profiled in connection with HAGS’s hospitality-driven, seasonal tasting menus and pay-what-you-can Sundays. In 2025, she was named a Food & Wine Best New Chef.
