Terrell Burg Brown owns and operates Brown’s Oyster Supply in Charleston, South Carolina. Raised on James Island, he learned oyster harvesting alongside his father after working in Charleston kitchens. His work includes sustainable harvesting, oyster-bed replenishment, and moving oysters and substrate to suitable growing areas.
