i. Biography
Théo Kopp is a French chef from Metz who worked as an automation engineer until 2021 before switching to professional cooking. He currently works at the Michelin-starred restaurant Ma Langue Sourit in Moutfort, Luxembourg, under chef Cyril Molard, and won the West Europe regional final of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition in 2024 with his dish Potée Lorraine. He advanced to the 2025 global final in Milan as the West Europe representative.
