Thomas Angelo is the founder and CEO of Gioia Hospitality Group, a South Florida hospitality company behind Fiola Miami in Coral Gables, Daniel’s, A Florida Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale, and Daniel’s Miami. He is a lawyer-turned-restaurateur whose family roots trace to Puglia, Italy, and he has overseen restaurant operations, marketing, and guest experience across the group.
