Where They Are Now

At Baron Di Pauli, where Scarizuola is director of the winery and enologist, the emphasis remains on the quality of the grapes and the standards that can be applied to them. At Kellerei Kaltern, as chief winemaker, the same discipline carries into a broader winemaking remit. In both settings, the work is framed by the same priorities: precision, restraint, and a cellar approach that serves the fruit. ARZIO is the clearest expression of that approach.
