Thomas Straker

Thomas Straker is an English chef, author, and restaurateur who is the chef-proprietor of Notting Hill establishments Straker's and Acre. Trained at Ireland's Ballymaloe Cookery School, he honed his technique in premier London kitchens including The Dorchester, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, and Phil Howard's Michelin-starred Elystan Street. Straker rose to widespread prominence with his viral butter-centric cooking series before launching his acclaimed restaurant Straker's in 2022, followed by the retail brand All Things Butter and his cookbook Food You Want To Eat.
