Tim McEnery

Tim McEnery is the founder and CEO of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a U.S. hospitality and wine company he launched in 2005 after opening the first Cooper’s Hawk in Orland Park, Illinois. Cooper’s Hawk says he opened that first winery as its sole winemaker, with 11 varietals in the wine catalog, and the company now frames him as the founder behind its food-and-wine hospitality concept.
