Tim Petrillo

Tim Petrillo is the co-founder and CEO of The Restaurant People, a Fort Lauderdale-based hospitality group founded in 1997 that has developed, managed, and operated more than 70 restaurants and nightlife venues across South Florida. He is also CEO and founder of Urban Street Development, where his hospitality background is used in mixed-use development work in Fort Lauderdale and beyond. He is a Boca Raton-born graduate of Florida International University’s hospitality program.
