Touro Law Center gave Tom Rosicki a discipline that fits the demands of winemaking: structure, patience, and attention to detail. In 2004, that background carried into Sparkling Pointe, where he became co-founder, owner, and vintner and has remained there since. The shift from law to wine reads less like a departure than a change in practice—one that moved toward a craft defined by method, consistency, and the slow work of making something durable.

Where They Are Now

Sparkling Pointe has stayed committed to a narrow and deliberate lane: champagne or sparkling wine, made as Méthode Champenoise. Rosicki has said, “It seemed like a natural for us when we decided to do the winery to just do Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine.” That choice gives the winery its shape. Rather than spread across styles, it works within one tradition, where precision, lift, and the social purpose of bubbles all matter in equal measure.

Signature

Tom's signature wines include Brut Seduction 2000 and Beija Flor. The names signal the range within Sparkling Pointe’s sparkling program: one anchored in structure, the other carrying a lighter, more graceful note. Both sit inside the style that defines Rosicki’s work, where the craft is less about breadth than about control, finish, and the discipline of sparkling wine.
