Tomás Bermúdez is the chef and co-founder behind La Docena Oyster Bar & Grill, a New Orleans-inspired oyster bar and grill that began in Guadalajara and expanded to Mexico City. Sources also is one of the project’s founding partners and as the creative chef behind the brand.
